  15.      _s_p_r_a_y sends a one-way stream of packets to _h_o_s_t using RPC, and then
  16.      reports how many were received by _h_o_s_t and what the transfer rate was.
  17.      The hostname can be either a name or an Internet address.

  21.                  _c_o_u_n_t is the numbers of packets required to make the total
  22.                  stream size 100000 bytes.

  25.                  packet.  The default is 0.

  27.      ----iiii          Use ICMP echo packets rather than RPC.  Since ICMP
  28.                  automatically echos, this creates a two way stream.

  30.      ----llll _l_e_n_g_t_h   The _l_e_n_g_t_h parameter is the numbers of bytes in the ethernet
  31.                  packet that holds the RPC call message.  Since the data is
  32.                  encoded using XDR, and XDR only deals with 32 bit quantities,
  33.                  not all values of _l_e_n_g_t_h are possible, and _s_p_r_a_y rounds up to
  34.                  the nearest possible value.  When _l_e_n_g_t_h is greater than
  35.                  1514, then the RPC call can no longer be encapsulated in one
  36.                  Ethernet packet, so the _l_e_n_g_t_h field no longer has a simple
  37.                  correspondence to Ethernet packet size.  The default value of
  38.                  _l_e_n_g_t_h is 86 bytes (the size of the RPC and UDP headers)
